What this was
I wanted a way to manage my own garden in a very specific way and wasn't happy with any of the existing options.
Most garden apps are catalogs of what you planted. I needed a system organized around what needs attention now — weather, watering, thinning, pests — so the week is readable at a glance.
That gap became Trellis: a Next.js webapp and an iOS app built with React Native and Expo. I designed and built it end to end, including AI-assisted guidance in the product.
The beta webapp is live. The iOS app is in TestFlight.
