I’m CiaraMaria, a senior product engineer and technical leader who likes turning complicated, half-formed ideas into products that feel clear, thoughtful, and genuinely useful. I’ve built across health, commercial aviation, ecommerce, food retail, and Web3, often in environments where the requirements are changing and the path forward has to be discovered while the work is already underway.

I work at the intersection of product thinking and engineering: understanding the real problem, shaping a practical solution, building it well, and leaving behind systems that other people can understand and extend. More recently, I’ve focused on AI-native development systems that expand a team’s capacity without lowering the bar for judgment, quality, or accountability.
